Harold Flegelman, visiting professor at the School of Law and a partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP, will present “The Music Publishing Industry: A Corporate Perspective” on Thursday, January 20 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the School of Law Library, second-floor reading room D201.

Flegelman is co-chair of Loeb & Loeb’s corporate media and entertainment practice group. His corporate and business practice includes mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, venture capital, debt and equity financings, restructurings, business planning, executive employment arrangements, and general corporate representation. He has worked with both domestic and internationally based privately and publicly held companies, advising them in all matters relating to corporate governance and management as well as compliance with the regulations of governmental agencies, including those of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Trade Commission.
