The Mitchell Wolfson Sr. Department of Community Service will host the 16th annual Little Haiti Health Fair on Saturday, October 30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Center for Haitian Studies, 8260 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami. Miller School students and faculty will provide free medical education and health screenings for hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, vision, glaucoma, cancer, osteoporosis, and more. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult. If you would like a cholesterol screening, please do not eat or drink anything except water eight hours prior to the health fair.
