The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers 30-minute relaxation training for those interested in building a capacity to consciously activate the body’s parasympathetic response.  The parasympathetic (or relaxation) response is at the heart of all stress management techniques, and its use is directly correlated with the promotion of optimal health. Take a break from your busy work week and practice practical techniques that promote health through relaxation.

  • Coral Gables campus:  Wednesday, May 27 from 12 to 12:30 p.m. in the UC Flamingo, room 245.
  • Miller School campus:  Thursday, May 28 from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. in the Medical Wellness Center classroom, twelfth-floor.
