The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers 30-minute relaxation training for those interested in building a capacity to consciously activate the body’s parasympathetic response.  The parasympathetic (or relaxation) response is at the heart of all stress management techniques, and its use is directly correlated with the promotion of optimal health. Take a break from your busy work week and practice practical techniques that promote health through relaxation.
