2008 Total Compensation Statements on myUM

Total Compensation Statements for 2008 are now available online. The statements summarize cash compensation such as base pay and overtime, but also the value of benefits such as health insurance, pensions, and tuition remission. The University is committed to offering a competitive and comprehensive total compensation package to its faculty and staff. Each employee’s compensation package is unique, based on individual choices. It’s important to consider those choices from time to time, along with the value that these benefits represent.

In addition to a summary of 2008 compensation, the statements list your 2009 benefit elections and information about your UM retirement plan.

To view your 2008 Total Compensation Statement, log on to myUM, and click “Employee” at the top of the page, then “Benefits.” On the Benefits page in the middle column, click “Total Compensation Statement.” Faculty and staff who received statements last year may view both their 2007 and 2008 statements online.
