The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is pleased to offer a relaxation training seminar for those interested in improving their capacity to effectively use relaxation techniques. This seminar will focus on helping participants identify the fight-or-flight response (with triggers), discuss ways to promote the parasympathetic (relaxation) response, and practice “practical” techniques to promote relaxation.
