Hajj Fazlun Khalid, founder of the Islamic Foundation for Ecology and Environmental Sciences, Birmingham, UK, will present “Perspectives on Islamic Environmentalism” on Thursday, October 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Cox Science Center, Room 145. The lecture is part of the Eco-Islam: Environmental-Health Project and is sponsored by the Arsht Ethics Initiatives, Oceans and Human Health Center, the College of Engineering, and the Department of Religious Studies.
