Customer Service for the Professional

This course is designed for those providing and promoting superior customer service. It will provide you with an opportunity to align your customer service skills and techniques with best practices, as well as examine how to improve these skills within your current role. Note: This is a Series III core course for Emerging Leaders.

Miller School of Medicine campus: Wednesday, October 27 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Dominion Towers Parking Garage, Suite 155.
