This class is for those individuals with FRS/DMAS access who are not new to the fiscal year-end process but would like a refresher and an opportunity to ask questions.

Managing Emotions

Do you ever have “one of those days” when you’re feeling “blue” for no reason at all? Do you ever overreact or feel frustration over mundane occurrences? Managing Emotions, a seminar offered by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), provides participants with insight into the nature of human emotions, highlighting how emotions serve to help us while offering useful tips for developing healthy responses for those emotions we feel powerless to control.

Coral Gables campus: Tuesday, May 4 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the McArthur Engineering Annex, MEA202.

Miller School campus: Wednesday, May 5 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the Medical Wellness Center classroom, ninth floor.

Rosenstiel School campus: Thursday, May 6 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the Library, Map and Chart Room.
