All are invited to attend the inaugural University of Miami MusicTime Benefit Concert at UM’s Maurice Gusman Concert Hall on the Coral Gables campus on Saturday, May 22. Students from one of UM’s most unique music programs will sing, dance, and play everything from a keyboard to a glockenspiel.
Two performances are scheduled: the first at 1 p.m. and the second at 3 p.m. The 3 p.m. performance is already sold out, but tickets to the 1 p.m. performance are still available. The money raised from the event will support scholarships and help provide music for a Haitian school, Our Little Ones Learning Center located in Miami’s Little Haiti.
Ticket prices are $12 for adults, $5 for children ages 3 to 10; free for children under the age of 3. To purchase tickets or for more information about the UM MusicTime program, please visit [email protected] or call 305-284-3176.
