Attend the Debbie School’s Scholastic Book Fair

Session offers strategies for dealing with difficult people

To remain effective in your job, you have to stay composed and professional when faced with difficult people and situations. In this session, you will learn how to assess challenging people and situations. You’ll discover powerful tools for managing conflict calmly, effectively, and without sacrificing your self-respect. You’ll also learn how to stay focused and communicate more effectively with all types of problem personalities.
