Coaching for Performance

The research on leadership learning supports the notion that coaching by a supervisor makes the difference in permanent performance change, implementation, and retention of newly learned behaviors. Coaching for Performance focuses on learning techniques to ensure this performance change occurs.

Coaching for Performance Part I: Tuesday, May 10 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Brescia Building, Coral Gables campus.

Coaching for Performance Part II: Tuesday, June 14 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Brescia Building, Coral Gables campus.
