The UM Police Department’s new “Chat with the Chief” program gives students, faculty, staff, and anyone else who is interested the opportunity to chat with UMPD Chief David Rivero on a regularly scheduled basis.  Every month, Chief Rivero is signed on and ready to answer your questions, address your concerns and listen to your comments.  Specific discussion topics are associated with each month’s chat session, though any questions, comments or concerns regarding campus safety issues are always welcome.

The next Chat with the Chief session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and will focus on Fake ID Facts, Laws, Punishments and UM Student Use.

PLEASE NOTE: it was previously advertised that the Chief would be using Instant Messenger for this specific session.  However, a web-based chat program will be used instead.
