Dan Janiczak, a UM study abroad student, will be talking about his semester abroad in Prague, Czech Republic. Attend “Communication Skills for Emerging Leaders,” a training session developed by the Professional Development and Training Office in partnership with the Employee Assistance Program. The course will focus on active listening in a variety of situations, listening for different types of input, appropriate responses, and how to identify pertinent information.
